Privacy, in plain language.

This policy describes the Uncorkd website and free browser experience operated by Uncorkd.ai LLC. It does not describe a future mobile app or service with different data practices.

Exploring Uncorkd.

The site displays wine education and illustrations. Its code has no account system, payment processing, advertising tags or analytics scripts. Aroma exploration and food-pairing calculations run in your browser, without sending your tasting observations to an AI service.

Your tasting notes.

Notes you choose to save are stored in this browser on your device. They are not synchronized to an account or another device. Clearing browser site data may remove them. You can export a tasting card or your notebook data and decide whether to share the file. Exported JSON preserves a readable copy, but cannot currently be restored inside the app.

Hosting.

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing. This site does not add separate tracking or analytics scripts.

Contacting us.

When you email admin@uncorkd.ai, we receive the information you send to respond to your request. Email is handled through our email provider, Microsoft. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or other secrets. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have emailed, contact the same address.

External services and changes.

Links to other sites and use of your email application are subject to those services’ policies. We will update this page when the website’s data practices change.
